Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, fully adhered or mechanically attached over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation. Hot-air welded seams tested with a probe at every joint. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications with tapered ISO insulation creating minimum 1/4" per foot positive drainage. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure in Clarks. Tapered insulation eliminates it. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone areas. Fully warranted by Carlisle, Firestone, or GAF.

Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec and Firestone TPO membrane systems in 60-mil and 80-mil thickness over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation (more in climate zones requiring it). Seams hot-air welded at 900°F+ and tested with a seam probe. Fully adhered systems for wind uplift zones per FM I-90 or I-120. Mechanically attached for re-roofs over existing insulation. Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot, soffit damage, and foundation erosion from concentrated water runoff. That's not a marketing scare tactic. We see the damage on every other gutter replacement in Clarks. Properly sized gutters with adequate downspout capacity move water away from the house. Emergency Roof Repair
Fallen tree damage requires immediate structural assessment before tarping. If a tree has displaced rafters, cracked a ridge beam, or pushed through ceiling joists, the structure is compromised. We assess from both exterior and attic, coordinate with structural engineers or framing contractors when needed, and tarp only areas that are structurally stable enough to support the tarp hardware. Insurance claims for tree strikes require separate line items for tree removal, structural repair, and roofing repair. We document each scope independently.

Skylight Installation
